A custom spray tan is performed by a trained technician who uses a handheld spray device to apply tanning solution to your body to achieve a personalized, natural-looking tan that is tailored to your body. A spray tan booth is a fully automated machine that applies a tanning solution to your skin in a fine mist. The application inside the booth is a “one size fits all” treatment, so it may not account for the unevenness of body contours. There is also a risk of inhaling the tanning solution.
- Exfoliate 4-24 hours before the appointment

It is up to you how much you want to undress, and we recommend you go with what makes you comfortable.

- To help your tan develop, avoid all moisture for at least 5 hours after the treatment
- Wear loose-fitting clothing so your tan does not rub off
- When you shower, use a gentle oil-free cleanser and pat dry
- Moisturize to extend the life of your tan
- Avoid harsh chemicals such as BHA, salicylic acid, and anti-aging products
- When the tan starts to fade, it is essential to exfoliate the skin in order to remove the old tan residue

It's FDA-approved for external use and provides a gradual, high-quality tan without sun-related skin issues. DHA does not penetrate beyond the top layer of skin and is not absorbed into the body.
