Dr. April Brinkhoff is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska. For the past year, she has been taking extra courses and doing training alongside experts in aesthetics.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Biology and Art History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During her undergraduate training, she studied film at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. She received her medical degree in 2004 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and completed residency training at the Lincoln Family Medicine Program in 2007. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.  She has taken additional training for neurotoxin injections and laser training to help her patients feel their best.  She is married with three children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as visiting art museums and traveling.

Dr. Saathoff serves as co-owner of Spa Docs. He was born and raised on a dairy farm near Naponee, NE in south-central Nebraska. He attended Franklin Public Schools, graduating in 1984. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in biology and graduated with high honors. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Nebraska, graduating with honors, and he was named to the medical honors society of Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Saathoff is board-certified in family medicine from the American Academy of Family Practice. He began his practice in Lincoln in 1995 at the 7th and Superior site and became Superior Street Family Physicians in 1999. In December of 2006, he moved to our present location as Fallbrook Family Health Center. Dr. Saathoff is married with two daughters. His personal interests include martial arts, and he has mastered a sixth-degree black belt in Karate.

Lindsey comes to us with a wide background of customer service in retail, restaurants, the spa industry, and consumer research. She is thrilled to bring her ability to understand and anticipate client needs as our Spa Manager. She developed a deep understanding of client service at Nordstrom, where she honed her skills in customer satisfaction and gained a strong commitment to exceptional client care. This experience, complemented by experience at a celebrity spa in Beverly Hills and over 10 years in consumer research at Mattel, allows her to truly understand and anticipate client needs.  Lindsey is excited to craft an unforgettable experience for each guest. Outside of the spa,  she enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog, and trying new recipes.

Jordan brings a unique blend of clinical precision and aesthetic artistry to the Spa Docs team. A Clarkson College honors graduate, she spent seven years as an Emergency Department RN—specializing in trauma and stroke care—before following her passion into medical aesthetics in 2023.
​Jordan’s background in high-stress medical environments means she prioritizes safety and meticulous detail in every procedure. She specializes in creating natural-looking results that highlight her patients' best features rather than changing them. Whether you are seeing her for microneedling, laser resurfacing, or injections, Jordan’s goal is to help you leave feeling refreshed and confident. When she isn’t at the clinic, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or at home with her kitties!
